What is a Flow?

Perhaps one of the first things that come to mind in hearing the word FLOW while exercising is YOGA. Flow, like a quality of the water, refers to moving without resistance or in an uninterrupted manner.

During MOVECAMP we have spoken of "flow" as in any number of individual exercises performed in an uninterrupted sequence. During a flow there are several elements that we can play with: speed, tempo, direction, power, wavelength, etc.
